These terms apply to the panadura.city website, the demos on it, and the beta waitlist. By using the site, you agree to them.
The site and demos
panadura.city is in development. The demos on this site, including the bus and train trackers, are simulations for illustration. They do not show real-time vehicle positions, timetables or arrival times. Do not rely on them for travel decisions.
The beta waitlist
- Joining the waitlist is free and does not guarantee a place in the beta.
- Please sign up only with an email address you own.
- We may invite people in stages, by platform or location.
- You can leave the waitlist at any time by emailing info@panadura.city.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site. For example, do not submit other people’s details, send automated sign-ups, try to break or overload the service, or try to access data that is not yours.
Our content
The panadura.city name, logo, design and content belong to us. You may link to the site, but please do not copy it or present it as your own.
No warranty
The site is provided “as is” while we build the product. Features described here may change, arrive later, or not launch. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or demos.
Privacy
How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows when they last changed.
